SELF-PAY - Non-Insurance Payments:
All of Patti's sessions are non-insurance payments, that are all self-pay. This means she is unable to accept any insurance payments. This includes not being able to accept Medicaid or Medicare.
INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT - SUPER BILL INVOICE:
Self-Submitting to Your Insurance Provider
The Super-Bill document makes it easy for you to self-submit to your insurance provider and is provided for you each month. Ask your insurance provider specifically if you have coverage in your plan for out-of-network benefits for the billing code of 90837. And, if they have a system for you to self-submit for reimbursement.
CARD on FILE - HSA or FSA: Patti requires a card on file, which can also be an HSA / FSA Card. Patti has HIPAA compliant, encrypted Practice Software, that uses Stripe for card payments. This method has a high industry standard for security.
DEEPER DISCOUNT on Sliding Scale Fees: Available when caseload balance permits. However, at this time these timeslots in my caseload are full.

* Patti works to give you a dedicated timeslot in her schedule, that will happen on the same day of the week and at the same time. Often this can be accommodated. But is not an absolute guarantee due to a changing caseload. When Patti's schedule is incredibly full you may need to be what she calls a "float client" for scheduling purposes. This means you will be scheduled, week by week, as there is room in her schedule. However therapeutically, Patti will still be dedicated to you as your therapist. This scenario does not change Patti's fee. Additionally, more often than not Patti can find a regular session time for clients.
